Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to rent?
You must be 21+ for the Corvette C8, Aston Martin Vantage, and Bentley Bentayga, and 25+ for the McLaren 720S (a 15% young-driver fee applies under 25). You'll need a valid U.S. driver's license that doesn't expire within a week of your return date, plus active full-coverage auto insurance. The primary driver must be present at pickup and return.
What insurance do I need?
Good news: most renters are already covered — your personal auto insurance often extends to our cars. You'll want an active policy with at least 100/300/50 liability and comprehensive & collision (deductible $1,000 or less), active for 7+ days, with you as a named driver, that doesn't exclude exotic or luxury rentals. If your policy doesn't qualify, don't stress — Max will walk you through your options personally, including booking through Turo, which offers protection plans that get most people into the car. The goal is always to find you a path, not turn you away. See full requirements.
Is there a security deposit?
No deposit is required when you pay with a credit card. Debit-card users provide a vehicle-dependent deposit.
How many miles are included?
Each rental includes 100 miles per day; additional miles are billed at the daily rate divided by 100, per mile. Vehicles must stay in Washington unless you have written approval from Paladin Exotics.
Do you deliver?
Yes — delivery is available anywhere in Washington for $10/mile one way, with a $100 minimum.
What fuel do the cars take?
All vehicles require 91 octane or higher (premium). Return the car with the same fuel level you received it at, or a fuel surcharge applies at premium rates.
What's your cancellation policy?
We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind. Any issues are addressed on a case-by-case basis.
